My Artifacts
Technology Training
I participated in technology training for the school. I led and assisted other teachers in struggling technology areas. I provided technology support and was able to come to with technology changes that would assist in making our teaching stronger as the unofficial technology consultant. I was able to teach and guide them about the changes. I showed teachers how to use the new PowerSchool updates and facilitated job embedded PD through one on one with teachers on the Gradebook changes. I implemented ClassLink and taught other teachers throughout the school how to implement it in their classroom for more effective learning.
I assisted my mentor in ensuring teacher and organizational time focuses on supporting high-quality school instruction and student learning by helping her create our school building master schedule. I participated in a staff meeting where teachers were able to address their concerns for the next year's building schedule. With the input and ideas from other teachers, I worked with my mentor to create a schedule that effectively engaged all teachers in highly effective teaching.
